CASEY VERBECK

As a successful entrepreneur, Casey has spent the last 15 years founding, running and advising new business ventures. Casey was the Founder and CEO of Partners in Music and now Touchpoint Trust Group – home of the i4c Campaign. Casey’s major transition out of the music business came in order to follow his passion for building out of the Triple Bottom Line business sector (TBL businesses are committed to people, planet, and profits). Today, Casey has launched the i4c Campaign, a multi-tier platform driving awareness and dollars in support of the Triple Bottom Line business sector. He has partnered with Sarah McLachlan and the Lilith Fair in support of the launch of the campaign.Over the past four years, Casey has been raising capital and providing go-to-market strategies for a handful of clients associated with the TBL sector, acting as Senior Advisor to Renewal2 (well regarded mission-driven private equity fund), Act Now Productions (now Saatchi & Saatchi S) United Media Partners, Colorado Green Roofs and The Real News Network.


RICH FRANKENHEIMER

Rich Frankenheimer is a seasoned entrepreneur, with over 25 years of finance and operations experience. Before co-founding TouchPoint! Trust Group, he was the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Boulder Securities, an angel-backed trading technology company. Prior to joining Boulder Securities, Mr. Frankenheimer spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer of SimAuthor Inc., a 40-person, venture capital funded, software technology and services company, where he helped lead the company from start-up through successful acquisition. Rich co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer for ClassiFACTS, Inc., an 80-person venture capital funded information services and technology company, and co-founded Telesource, Inc., a small information services company, where he served as VP, Finance. He spent five years as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch after graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. For the past 12 years, he has been an active volunteer with Share-A-Gift, a nonprofit organization that collects and distributes toys and bikes to nearly 3,000 children per year. Rich serves on the Board of Share-A-Gift (Boulder, CO) and Second Street Brewery (Santa Fe, NM) and has been part of the Colorado Technology Incubator (CTEK) Advisor Network.


CARLA SACKS
Public Relations (Trust Group Communications)

Carla Sacks has twenty years experience in the arts and entertainment field. A graduate of The Henry Grady School of Journalism, she started her own PR firm, Sacks & Co., in New York City 15 years ago. Throughout her career she has developed and executed PR plans and strategies for many of the most critically-acclaimed artists, filmmakers and entertainment companies, including Bjork, Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, David Byrne, Julian Casablancas, Sufjan Stevens, John Mayer, Buena Vista Social Club, Starbucks Hear Music, the (RED) campaign and NPR Music.

JOEL SOLOMON

Joel Solomon is President and CEO of Renewal, Chairman for Renewal2, and Executive Director of the Endswell Foundation. In 1993, Mr. Solomon joined Carol Newell in the development of Renewal Partners and the Endswell Foundation. Renewal has since invested in over seventy-five companies that share its commitment to socially responsible growth, including some of the best-known social purpose companies in Canada: Happy Planet Foods, Small Potatoes Urban Delivery (SPUD), Communicopia and Michael Jantzi Research Associates. Through its long-term commitment to capacity building, strategic alliances, and institutional development, the Endswell Foundation helps sustain many charitable organizations working for a conservation economy.

Mr. Solomon is a founding member of Social Venture Network (SVN), Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR), Renewal Land Company, Tides Canada Foundation and the Sage Centre. He is Chair of the Board of Tides Foundation (US) and sits on numerous other boards throughout North America.


DAVID WOLF

David Wolf is managing principal and Chief Investment Officer of BSW Wealth Partners and also heads the firm's sustainable investing practice. Based in Boulder, Colorado, BSW Wealth Partners manages more than $500 million on behalf of successful individuals and affluent families. Prior to joining BSW, Mr. Wolf worked with a leading Colorado venture capital firm and its portfolio companies. A licensed member of the Colorado Bar, he is a 2001 graduate of the JD/MBA dual-degree program at the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from DePauw University in 1996. He is a member of the board of directors of the University of Colorado at Boulder's Leeds School of Business, the CU Real Estate Council and the advisory board of Greenmont Capital Partners.


BROOK TAUB

Brook Taub is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Medley. Prior to forming Medley, Mr. Taube was a Partner with Columbus Nova where he launched and was Portfolio Manager for Columbus Nova Opportunity Fund, the firm’s private opportunity fund, and Columbus Nova Capital, the firm’s global investment fund. Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Taube founded T3 Group, a principal and advisory firm focused on distressed asset and credit investments. Before T3, Mr. Taube was a Partner with Griphon Capital Management. Mr. Taube began his career at Bankers Trust in 1992, where his last role was Vice President in Structured Finance and Capital Markets. Mr. Taube received a B.A. from Harvard University and currently serves as a Board member for both the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic.

DEB PARSONS

Deb Parsons currently serves as Co-Director for Investors' Circle, emphasizing on Business Development, Membership, and Strategic Partnerships. Ms. Parsons joined IC after being a member for 4 years at two member funds, SJF Ventures and Good Capital. For the past two years, she was Vice President at Good Capital, launching and managing the fund's operational aspects, investor relations, and deployment of capital. Ms. Parsons was an associate at SJF Ventures during business school, a community development venture fund focusing on cleantech and the LOHAS sector. Prior to school, she spent six years in business development, marketing, and partner management at WGGH, Intuit, and the North Face. She received her MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School, UNC Chapel Hill, where she was a Carolina Venture Fellow with a focus on sustainable enterprise and entrepreneurship. As the Net Impact chapter leader, Deb launched the Sustainable Venture Capital Investment Competition (SVCIC), an event that puts MBA student teams in the role of VCs evaluating real business opportunities of socially-responsible businesses actively seeking capital. Raised in St. Louis, MO, Deb now calls San Francisco home.

Description: TouchPoint Trust Group, LLC customizes campaigns by partnering with icons in the A&E industry, major brands, financial institutions and initiatives to direct capital and awareness to Triple Bottom Line (TBL) business, as well as social and environmental business initiatives.

Our Director will be responsible for the following: Execution of all sponsorship activities, including identifying, qualifying, and contacting individual, corporate, and foundation prospects; Developing, collaborating on and selling through to potential partners our marketing strategies; Ensuring Business Development by cultivating brand relationships and supporting all future campaign activities (this responsibility will require the Director to travel 2-3x/month for trips lasting 2-3 days each). The ideal candidate will also bring a proven track record of 7+ years in Sponsorship Sales and Partnerships. Having a personal reach to Fortune 500 brands, national social initiatives, foundations and private wealth offices is a plus.
